Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the relationship between AppStar LLC (TIN: 7819318014, hereinafter — "Provider") and the user of the AppStar service (hereinafter — "Customer"). By registering in the Service or using its features, the Customer confirms full and unconditional agreement with these Terms and Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

2. Service Description

AppStar provides the following services: • AppStar Flow — business process automation platform • NotifyPro — smart notification system (PWA Push, Telegram, SMS) • SiteGen AI — AI-powered website generator • Custom software development Features and available plans may change. Current information is available at localhost.

3. Registration and Account

Registration is required to use paid features. • Customer agrees to provide accurate information • Customer is responsible for account security • Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited • One person/organization may have only one account • By registering, Customer accepts the Public Offer terms

4. Payment

Payment procedure: • Payment is processed through T-Bank payment system (Tinkoff Bank JSC) • Prices are in Russian rubles, VAT included • SiteGen AI generation packages: 500₽ (5 generations), 1000₽ (12 generations), 2500₽ (35 generations) • AppStar Flow and Enterprise services: by individual contract Payment is considered made when funds are credited to the Provider's account.

5. Refunds

In accordance with Russian Consumer Protection Law: • Refund for unused services is possible within 14 days of payment • For refunds, send a request to: private@appstar.com.ru • Refund is made to the original payment method • Refund processing time — up to 10 business days Partially used packages: • If less than 50% used — proportional refund for unused portion • If more than 50% used — no refund Provider may refuse refund if Customer violated Terms of Service.

6. Rights and Obligations

Provider agrees to: • Provide full access to paid services • Ensure security and confidentiality of Customer data • Notify of significant Service changes at least 7 days in advance • Provide technical support via email and Telegram Customer agrees to: • Comply with these Terms and applicable Russian law • Not use the Service for illegal activities • Not violate intellectual property rights of third parties • Not generate content that violates Russian law

7. Intellectual Property

• All rights to the Service, its code and design belong to the Provider • Rights to content generated with SiteGen AI are transferred to the Customer • Customer may use generated content without restrictions • Copying and distribution of Service elements is prohibited • AppStar trademark belongs to AppStar LLC

8. Limitation of Liability

Provider is not liable for: • Service interruptions due to technical reasons or force majeure • Actions of third parties, including hacker attacks • Losses related to use of generated content • Quality of Customer's internet connection • Blocking of Customer's domain/site by third parties Maximum liability is limited to the amount of services paid in the last 12 months.

9. Account Blocking

Provider may block an account for: • Violation of these Terms or Public Offer • Suspicion of fraudulent activity • Using the Service to generate prohibited content • At the request of authorized government bodies • Non-payment for more than 30 days (for contract customers) No refund is provided for violations of Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

• Provider may change Terms unilaterally • Customers are notified of changes by email at least 14 days in advance • New version takes effect from the date specified in the notification • Continued use of the Service means agreement with changes • Customer may terminate if disagreeing with changes

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation • Disputes are resolved through negotiations • If settlement is not possible — in the arbitration court of St. Petersburg • Pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory, claim review period — 30 days
