Public Offer Agreement

This document is an official proposal (public offer) of AppStar LLC to enter into a service agreement on the terms set forth below.

1. Terms and Definitions

The following terms are used in this Offer: "Offer" — this document published at localhost/offer. "Provider" — AppStar LLC, TIN 7819318014, providing services through the AppStar service. "Customer" — an individual or legal entity that has accepted this Offer. "Acceptance" — full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer terms by registering on the website and/or paying for services. "Service" — AppStar software, including AppStar Flow, NotifyPro, SiteGen AI. "Services" — services for providing access to Service functionality, content generation, business process automation. "Personal Account" — Customer's personal section on localhost.

2. Subject of Agreement

2.1. The Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with services for access to the Service, and the Customer undertakes to pay for services according to the selected plan. 2.2. List of services: • SiteGen AI — website generation using artificial intelligence • NotifyPro — push notification system and Telegram integration • AppStar Flow — business process automation platform • Technical support via email and Telegram 2.3. Detailed description of services and pricing is available at localhost. 2.4. This agreement is an adhesion contract (Art. 428 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

3. Agreement Conclusion Procedure

3.1. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment of acceptance of this Offer. 3.2. Acceptance of the Offer is: • Registration on localhost with confirmation of agreement with the Offer • Payment for Provider's services 3.3. By accepting, the Customer confirms that: • They have read and fully accept the Offer terms • They have read the Privacy Policy and consent to personal data processing • They have the necessary legal capacity to enter into the agreement • The data provided during registration is accurate 3.4. The Offer is valid indefinitely until withdrawn by the Provider.

4. Service Cost and Payment Procedure

4.1. The cost of services is determined by the pricing published at localhost. 4.2. Current SiteGen AI plans: • "Start" Package — 500₽ (5 generations) • "Business" Package — 1000₽ (12 generations) • "Pro" Package — 2500₽ (35 generations) 4.3. AppStar Flow and Enterprise pricing is determined individually. 4.4. All prices are in Russian rubles and include VAT (where applicable). 4.5. Payment methods: • Bank card via T-Bank payment system • Invoice (for legal entities) 4.6. Payment is considered made upon receipt of funds to Provider's account or confirmation from the payment system. 4.7. The Provider may change pricing. New prices apply to orders placed after publication of changes.

5. Service Delivery Procedure

5.1. Access to paid services is provided automatically upon payment confirmation. 5.2. Services are provided remotely via the internet. 5.3. The Provider ensures Service availability of at least 99% uptime (SLA). 5.4. Scheduled maintenance is performed with 24-hour notice. 5.5. Service results (generated websites, automation settings) are available in the Personal Account. 5.6. The Provider does not guarantee specific business results from using the Service.

6. Rights and Obligations

6.1. The Provider undertakes to: • Provide access to paid services • Provide technical support • Notify of significant changes to Service operation • Maintain confidentiality of Customer data 6.2. The Provider has the right to: • Modify Service functionality and pricing • Suspend access for violation of Offer terms • Refuse service without explanation (with refund of unused funds) 6.3. The Customer undertakes to: • Provide accurate data during registration • Comply with the terms of this Offer • Not violate third-party rights • Not use the Service for illegal activities 6.4. The Customer has the right to: • Use paid services • Contact technical support • Request a refund in accordance with Section 7

7. Refunds

7.1. Under Art. 32 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law, the Customer may cancel the agreement at any time. 7.2. Refund conditions for individuals: • If services not used within 14 days of payment — 100% refund • If less than 50% of package used — proportional refund for unused portion • If more than 50% of package used — no refund 7.3. For a refund: • Send a request to: private@appstar.com.ru • Specify reason and payment details • Wait for Provider's confirmation 7.4. Request review period — up to 10 business days. Refund processing — up to 10 business days after approval. 7.5. Refund is made to the original payment method. 7.6. No refund is provided if account is blocked for Offer violations.

8. Liability

8.1. The Provider is not liable for: • Service interruptions due to technical reasons or force majeure • Actions of third parties • Quality of Customer's internet connection • Content of generated materials • Losses related to use of service results • Blocking of Customer's sites by hosting providers or government authorities 8.2. Provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount of services paid in the last 12 months. 8.3. The Customer is responsible for: • Accuracy of provided data • Legal compliance when using service results • Security of account credentials

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Exclusive rights to the Service, its code, design, and AppStar trademark belong to the Provider. 9.2. Rights to content created with SiteGen AI are transferred to the Customer upon generation. 9.3. The Customer may use generated content without restrictions, including for commercial purposes. 9.4. The Provider does not claim rights to Customer's data and content.

10. Confidentiality

10.1. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy at localhost/privacy. 10.2. The Provider undertakes not to disclose Customer information to third parties, except as required by law. 10.3. The Customer consents to receiving service notifications by email.

11. Term and Termination

11.1. The agreement takes effect upon acceptance and remains in force until obligations are fully performed. 11.2. The Customer may terminate the agreement at any time by sending notice to Provider's email. 11.3. The Provider may terminate the agreement for: • Customer's violation of Offer terms • Non-payment for more than 30 days (for contract customers) • At the request of authorized bodies 11.4. Upon termination, access to the Service is discontinued.

12. Changes to Offer Terms

12.1. The Provider may change Offer terms unilaterally. 12.2. The new version of the Offer takes effect upon publication at localhost/offer. 12.3. For significant changes, Customers are notified by email at least 14 days in advance. 12.4. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means agreement with the new Offer version.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations. 13.2. Pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory. Claim review period — 30 days. 13.3. If settlement is not possible, the dispute is referred to: • For individuals — court at Provider's or Customer's location • For legal entities — Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region 13.4. Russian Federation law applies to this Offer.
